At C&A Slot Restorations we also restore your trade stimulator to different degrees depending on what your wishes are and your budget is.
We will generally only do a full and complete restorations of small countertop any denomination trade stimulators because once they are in our shop we have everything needed to make the machine glow like it did in the late 1800's or early 1900's. Of corse, if you want only part of it done we will work with you. Generally, these machines when found are in extremenly rough shape and look like they belong in a junk pile. Unfortunately, when found most people don't know enough not to put them there and have no idea what they are looking at. This late 1800's countertop machine to the right is one of those machines that some farmer, grandmother or other unknowing person might find in a barn, shed or attic and when cleaning and throw in the dumpster. Tradgedy! THE FIRST THING WE MUST DO IS INFORM. These machines are American icons, an important part of our history and properly restored worth their weight in gold! Don't let your aging relatives discard one of these. Take it and restore it. Look what C&A Slot restorations did to this one!
No matter if you have an 1880's card machine like this one, a 1930's Saratoga Sweepstakes, a Daval Club House, fortune telling machine, a dice game or a floor model musical puck we will restore it to perfect working order. If it's missing parts we can usually locate them. If it's working or not, we'll restore it to it's original glory! This machine was never touched with harsh chemicals or sand paper, it was not restained or clear coated. That would ruin the original wood finish and the beauty of the machine. We pride ourselves and our clients by keeping C&A restored machines entirely original and by NEVER doing anything to a machine which will detract from it's original beauty and value. Because trade stimulators are so varried in style, make up, complexity, etc. we cannot accurately give price quotes, or even estimates without knowing about your machine, especailly type, manufacturer and year. If you don't know that information don't fret, send us a picture and we will find it. We would be happy to give you a price estimate and even happier to be able to restore or just repair your trade stimulator. As you can see we can bring a diamond out of a lump of coal. Please use our contact form to send us your request for an estimate and please don't forget to attach a picture of your machine to the form!
